A quality waterslide decal sheet intended for building models of the four-engined Consolidated B-24J Liberator bomber in 1:72 scale. The sheet offers markings for several particular machines and adds authentic national insignia, codes and other lettering to models. The printing is sharp, with accurate register and a thin carrier film.
The Consolidated B-24 Liberator was an American four-engined heavy bomber of the Second World War. The B-24J version was among the most widespread and was distinguished by an improved bombsight and a nose turret. Liberators served over Europe and in the Pacific and also with British Coastal Command on patrol over the Atlantic.
Always coat the base under the decal with gloss varnish, so that no silvering air bubbles form. Dampen the part, let the decal soften in lukewarm water and slide it into place. We recommend decal softeners for perfect adhesion to surface detail and rivets. Finally coat it with a matte or satin varnish.
This is a stand-alone decal sheet, not a model. The kit, paints and glue are not included.
