A collector's model of the German E-100 super-heavy tank in 1:72 scale. It captures the machine in a form that the real build never reached.
Responsibility details are not available.
The E-100 was a German project for a super-heavy tank from the last phase of the Second World War. It belonged to the development series marked with the letter E, which was to unify the construction of German tracked vehicles. It was to weigh around a hundred and forty tons, with a heavily armored hull and a turret carrying a large-caliber gun. By the end of the war, however, work got no further than a partly built hull with running gear. The machine was never finished and never went into action, so every depiction of the complete tank comes from the drawings, not from photographs of a finished vehicle.
The model captures the E-100 in 1:72 scale, that is in one of the most widespread scales for collections of ground vehicles. A vehicle around ten meters long comes out at roughly fourteen centimeters in it, so even a larger collection fits into a single display case and the individual machines are easy to compare with each other.
Stand the model in a closed display case or on a shelf out of the reach of direct sunlight, which changes the shades of the surface over time. Remove the dust with a soft brush rather than a damp cloth, so that the fine edges and lettering are not damaged. When carrying it, take the model by the hull, not by the gun or by small accessories.
A display case, a stand and paints are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
