Empty cartridge cases for the 4.7 cm PaK 36(t) antitank gun in 1:72 scale, an accessory for a diorama and for vehicles.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Germans used the designation PaK 36(t) for a 4.7 cm antitank gun taken over from Czechoslovak production. The weapon proved itself in the first years of the Second World War and, beside field positions, it was also mounted on the chassis of a light tank, which produced one of the first German tank destroyers. The spent cases that piled up by the weapon are among the details that turn a static scene into a situation.
The set carries empty cartridge cases for this gun in 1:72 scale, that is cases without the shell, as they are left after firing. You scatter them around a firing position, stow them in crates or on the bed of a vehicle, and so move a combat scene into a particular moment. The number of pieces in the package is given by the manufacturer on the packaging.
Cut the excess material away with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the rest back. Wash and degrease the parts before painting. The cases of real weapons have a brass sheen, so a metallic shade works well, completed with a dark glaze in the recess and light soiling on the body. Scattered cases never lie regularly, so place them unevenly on the base and leave some of them leaning against each other. The gluing procedure and the use of particular paints follow the manufacturer's instructions.
For builders of dioramas and military scenes in 1:72 scale who finish off the small things around their vehicles. The gun, the vehicle, paints and glue are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
