Landing gear bays tend to be only suggested in plastic. Cast resin bays bring, even in the small 1:72 scale, a rich structure of piping, wiring and stiffeners that is clearly visible once the gear is open and that raises the realism of the underside of the airframe markedly.
Wash the resin parts to remove mold release residue, separate them from the casting blocks and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate); protect your airways while sanding. Seating them in the fuselage usually calls for adjustment and sanding.
The accessory is not a stand-alone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
