1:72 F-101A/C Voodoo Canopy Mask covers the cockpit glazing of the single-seat tactical forms of the McDonnell Voodoo aircraft.
Responsibility details are not available.
Cut-out shapes for masking the glazing of the single-seat tactical Voodoo. The set covers the division of the canopy and the smaller side areas, where preparation by hand is the most laborious.
The F-101A was the first production single-seat form of the Voodoo and entered the units of the tactical air force at the end of the 1950s. The F-101C version received a strengthened airframe structure so that it stood higher load factors in flight at low altitude. Both machines were intended above all for strikes on ground targets and for operating from European bases. Part of the airframes later served as the basis for reconnaissance conversions. A pair of engines with afterburners gave the aircraft a performance that made it one of the fastest machines of its class at the time of its introduction.
Suitable for modelers aimed at American fighters of the 1950s and 1960s. You will appreciate it especially at the moment you want perfectly straight frame edges on a small canopy with no serrated transitions. It is also practical when building several machines of one squadron.
