A decal sheet in 1:72 scale with the markings of F-16 aircraft from the NATO Tiger Meet 2018 exercise. An accessory for a plastic kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
The F-16 is a single-engined multirole fighter aircraft with a turbofan engine, a bubble canopy and a ventral air intake. It serves in a number of European air forces, and it is precisely its smooth surface, without pronounced detail, that suits striking finishes. Units with a tiger in their badge fly in to the NATO Tiger Meet, and some of the machines are given commemorative finishes and additional markings for the occasion.
A decal sheet in 1:72 scale, aimed at F-16 aircraft from the 2018 event. It serves to finish the surface of a plastic kit. Which particular machines and how many schemes the sheet offers is specified in the instructions supplied with it.
First spray a smooth gloss varnish onto the model, so that no air is left under a decal. Cut the item out as close to the printing as possible, immerse it in lukewarm water for a few seconds, let it release from the backing paper and slide it onto the model. Press the surplus water out with a soft cloth; on rivets and transitions a softener will help. Before you dip the sheet, check in the instructions whether it is not a self-adhesive version: a self-adhesive film that has been dipped is ruined.
For modelers of contemporary jet aircraft in 1:72 scale who want to build a striking machine from a tiger meet instead of the ordinary gray camouflage.
The package holds a decal sheet. The kit, the paints, the varnishes and the softener are not part of it, unless stated otherwise. Finally, even the surface out with a matte or semi-gloss varnish.
