A resin exhaust for the Nakajima Ki-44-II Shoki in 1:48 scale by Quickboost. The exhaust stubs of the Japanese fighter; it is not an aircraft model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin detail part, not an aircraft kit. This set in finely cast resin replaces the exhaust stubs of the Japanese army interceptor Nakajima Ki-44-II Shoki (Allied code name Tojo) in 1:48 scale. It refines one of the most conspicuous elements of the engine area without the need to modify plastic parts laboriously. The part is intended for modelers who want to lift the look of the machine quickly and faithfully.
On a radial engine the exhaust stubs are among the most exposed details and how well they are rendered markedly affects the overall impression. The castings capture both the hollow outlets and the fine shape of the pipework, which is hard to create from solid plastic. Once painted in metallic and rusty shades and lightly weathered, they visually deepen the engine area and give the aircraft credibility in scale.
This is a resin detail accessory, not a model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
