LP Models 1:72 F-5 A/B boarding ladder

This is not an aircraft kit but a separate accessory, that is, a boarding ladder for F-5 A/B models in 1:72 scale. The set is made by 3D printing in resin and serves to bring a diorama around a finished model to life.

The real subject

The Northrop F-5 Freedom Fighter was an American light supersonic fighter, valued for its low operating costs and simple maintenance. The single-seat F-5A and the two-seat F-5B trainer served with a number of allied air forces around the world and became one of the most widespread light combat aircraft of their day.

Usage tips

Remove the print supports and residue from the 3D print and smooth the pads. Glue the parts with cyanoacrylate glue. Paint the ladder in metallic shades with light weathering and place it by the cockpit of the model in a scene or on a base.
