The F4U Corsair is an American carrier-based fighter of the Second World War period, easily recognizable by its cranked inverted gull wing. The F4U-1 version was among the first production ones and became famous for its performance in the Pacific. Fine resin castings help bring the character of the real subject out even in a small scale.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts and cut the casting blocks off carefully. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue and sand with breathing protection. Apply primer before painting; the tiny parts stand out with gentle shading and emphasis of the depths.
