German infantry made up the backbone of the ground forces in the Second World War. The soldiers wore field uniforms with a steel helmet and were armed with bolt-action rifles and submachine guns. The set recalls these infantrymen in a scale suited to extensive scenes.
Separate the parts from the sprues and clean up the parting lines. Prime the figures first, then paint the uniforms, the skin and the gear. A wash will bring out the folds and the detail of the webbing; a dry brush will lift the edges of the helmets and the weapons.
