German paratroopers 1939–1942 in 1:72 scale are a snap-fit plastic figure set of paratroopers of the early Second World War for dioramas and tabletop games.
Responsibility details are not available.
This figure set in 1:72 scale captures German paratroopers of the early phase of the Second World War. The box holds unpainted plastic parts for the figures in a snap-fit version that can be assembled even without glue. The figures will bring dioramas of airborne operations to life and will serve as units in tabletop war games.
The German paratroopers deployed in the first years of the war were marked out by their characteristic helmet, jump smock and specific gear. They were used in fast airborne landings and in ground fighting as elite light infantry. The set captures these soldiers in factually conceived combat poses.
Separate the parts from the sprue gates and clean them up; the snap-fit joints hold even without glue. Spray the set with a base coat, then choose the tones of the jump smocks and the gear; apply the camouflage patterns last. A dark wash will bring out the folds of the cloth and the detail of the gear, and a dry brush will pull out the edges and the helmets.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
