A photo-etched detail set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard for plastic models of the Curtiss Hawk 75 fighter (the A-1/A-2 versions) in 1:72 scale. It is not a model of an aircraft but a set of fine photo-etched parts which refine the cockpit as well as the external surface of a model and move it toward display quality.
The parts are separated with a sharp knife or photo-etch shears and bent with a bender. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). In 1:72 scale these are very small parts, so tweezers and a magnifier are recommended. Any color-printed elements are not covered over with paint.
The set does not contain the model itself, glue or paints.
