Eduard 1:72 He 111P are die-cut painting masks for precisely masking the glazed nose and the other clear parts of a model of the German bomber.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of precisely die-cut painting masks from the Czech manufacturer Eduard in 1:72 scale. It is NOT a model but an accessory for modelers: self-adhesive masks of kabuki tape that, during spraying, cover the extensive glazing of the nose and canopy and any other areas that are to stay clear. Thanks to them the glazing frames come out straight and sharp.
The Heinkel He 111 was a German twin-engine medium bomber of the Second World War. The P version had Daimler-Benz engines and the characteristic fully glazed nose with asymmetrically set glazing. The machine was one of the main bombers of the Luftwaffe in the early phases of the war, and the extensive glazing makes masking it one of the demanding parts of the build.
The masks are die-cut to the shape of a particular kit in this scale. Lift a part off the sheet, lay it on the glazing and press the edges down with a pointed wooden stick along the engraved lines. Spray the color of the frames and peel the mask off. Kabuki tape holds well and leaves no adhesive behind.
This is a set of masks, not a model. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
