Replacement heads for figures in 1:72 scale, offered as variant B. The letter in the designation distinguishes one of the variants inside the line; what exactly it contains, that is how many heads and with what headgear, is given in the manufacturer's instructions. It is an accessory for figures; a figure on its own does not arise from it.
The head decides how a figure comes across. Kit figures tend to have the same face and the same carriage of the head throughout a set, so in a larger group it is quickly noticed that the same part repeats. Exchanging the head is the simplest way to give every figure its own expression, to turn the gaze elsewhere and to unify a group according to what each one wears on its head.
Cut the original head off at the level of the neck with a sharp blade or a fine saw and level the surface. It pays off to drill a hole into the body and into the new head with a micro drill and to reinforce the joint with a piece of wire, as otherwise the small part works loose during handling. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Wash and degrease the parts before painting and apply a thin layer of primer. In 1:72 scale a head measures barely two millimeters, so work with tweezers over a surface with a raised edge.
Figures, a model, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
