A masking set for the cabin of the Henschel Hs 126 1:72 is cut for the uneven cabin glazing of this reconnaissance high-wing monoplane. An accessory for painting a model, not a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
Self-adhesive masks for the glazing of a model of the German Henschel Hs 126 reconnaissance and observation aircraft in 1:72 scale. The cabin of this type is open and divided, so masking with tape by hand is slow and rarely comes out accurately. The set deals with the shapes of the frames for you. It is neither a model nor a set of decals.
The Henschel Hs 126 was a single-engine strut-braced high-wing monoplane with fixed landing gear, used for tactical reconnaissance and artillery observation. The two-man crew sat in tandem, the observer had an open position at the rear with a flexible mount and a good view downward thanks to the high-set wing. The machine was created in the second half of the 1930s and in the reconnaissance role it was later replaced by types with a better view and better performance.
With types that have a partly open cabin it holds that it pays to finish the interior first and only then to mask. Wash and degrease the clear parts, lay the mask down with tweezers and smooth the edges with a blunt tool. Do not forget to go over the inner sides of the frames with the interior color before you close the part. Spray thin coats and remove the mask shortly after the last of them has dried.
This is an accessory, not a kit. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
