Responsibility details are not available.
A cut self-adhesive masking set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard for a model of the German Horten IX jet flying wing (Ho 229 / Go 229) in 1:72 scale. It is not a model but a set of pre-cut masks for accurate painting of the cockpit framing and other detail of this unusual aircraft.
The Horten IX, also designated Ho 229 or, after being reworked for series production, Go 229, was a German prototype jet fighter-bomber in a flying wing layout from the end of the Second World War. It was among the first flying wings powered by jet engines and remains a sought-after subject to this day thanks to its futuristic shape.
The set will be appreciated by modelers who build German aircraft and experimental types in 1:72 scale and want sharp, cleanly separated glazing frames without lengthy masking by hand with tape. It suits beginners and experienced builders of display models alike.
This is a cut masking set, not a model. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
