An injection-molded plastic kit of the French light tank Hotchkiss H38 in the series D version, 1:72 scale, manufacturer RPM. The model is supplied on sprues for assembly and painting. The exact contents of the package and the marking options are stated on the box of the edition.
The Hotchkiss H38 was a more powerful development of the light tank H35. Compared with the starting version it was given a stronger engine and a reworked rear part of the hull, thanks to which its mobility improved. The vehicle kept its cast construction and its crew of two and was committed in the fighting at the turn of the 1930s and 1940s.
Use liquid cement for plastic and clean up the seams on the cast surfaces and on the running gear carefully. Finish the running gear and the interior before you close the hull. A primer and an airbrush are suitable; French vehicles carried multicolor camouflage with dark dividing lines. You will fine-tune the weathering with washes and with dust and mud pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
