1:72 Markings for the RWD-17W and Nikol A-2 is a decal set for two Polish aircraft on one sheet.
Responsibility details are not available.
According to the name, this decal sheet in 1:72 scale covers two types, the RWD-17W and the Nikol A-2. The set is an accessory for a built model and in itself contains no structural parts. Check how many designs fall to which type against the illustration on the packaging.
The RWD-17 belonged to the family of light aircraft from the Polish RWD design team of the 1930s and was used for training. The letter W in the designation corresponds to the floatplane version, that is, the version for taking off from and landing on water.
The base has to be smooth gloss varnish applied over the painted model. Soak the decal in lukewarm water, slide it into place once it has released from the paper and draw the excess water off. A softener lets the design settle even onto curved areas and across lines. Once dry, seal the surface with varnish; with civil and training machines a glossy or semi-matte one tends to suit. With floatplanes, watch the markings on the floats, where the decal is stuck onto a markedly curved surface.
The package contains decals; it is not a kit. The model, paints, varnishes and glue are not part of it.
