A mask set for the model of the reconnaissance airplane MiG-25RBT in 1:72 scale in the ADVANCED step. The masks are pre-cut from a self-adhesive sheet and shaped to the parts of the kit stated in the product name. ADVANCED is the middle one of the three steps the manufacturer offers for this model.
The difference between the steps lies in the extent, not in the difficulty. The basic BASIC step deals with the main glazed areas and is enough for a modeler building the model out of the box. ADVANCED goes beyond that basis and holds additional masking elements, so that you manage the build with a smaller quantity of tape cut by hand. The widest is the EXPERT step. The MiG-25 came about as a twin-engine airplane for flight at high speed at great altitudes. The airframe is largely welded from steel, which is an unusual solution on airplanes of this category.
