A set of waterslide decals, Nieuport 17-25 bis, part 1, in 1:72 scale from Print Scale, for builders of the French First World War fighter biplane.
Responsibility details are not available.
A sheet of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale from Print Scale, the first part of the series devoted to the Nieuport fighter biplanes of the 17 to 25 bis range from the First World War. It offers national insignia and personal markings. It serves as an alternative or a supplement to the kit decals; the airplane model itself has to be bought separately.
The Nieuport 17 and its related versions were French single-seat fighter biplanes of the First World War with a characteristic narrow lower wing, which makes them sesquiplanes. A number of Allied aces flew them and the machines were often decorated with striking personal and unit insignia. The structure was light and agile.
Apply the decals over a smooth gloss clear coat, which prevents silvering. Dip the part briefly in lukewarm water and slide it off the backing onto its place once it has softened. We recommend using a decal softener, which helps the decal settle onto the ribbed fabric surfaces; finally seal the surface with a matte varnish.
This is a set of waterslide decals, not an airplane model. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
