Responsibility details are not available.
A set of precisely shaped self-adhesive masks for 1:72 models of the Italian four-engined Piaggio P.108B heavy bomber. These are single-sided express masks cut from quality masking film (the kabuki type) that cover the outer surfaces of the extensive glazing and the landing gear wheels. This is not an airplane model but an accessory for easy masking; the individual parts are marked with numbers for accurate application.
The Piaggio P.108B was the only Italian four-engined heavy bomber used in the Second World War. It was notable for its modern all-metal structure and for an extensively glazed fuselage with a number of defensive gun positions. That amount of glazing makes masking a demanding job, which a pre-cut set simplifies considerably.
Degrease the glazing and apply the masks exactly along the engraved frames. On a large bomber with many windows you will appreciate the time saved. Spray the paint in thin coats so that it does not creep under the edge. Remove the masks while the paint is still only touch-dry. The wheel masks give a sharp edge between the hub and the tire.
This is a masking accessory, not a model. The model itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
