The Sea King AEW 2 Big set collection in 1:72 scale from Black Dog offers a wider fitting-out of a model of this British airborne early warning helicopter.
Responsibility details are not available.
According to the name this is a more comprehensive accessory collection, that is not one partial area but a wider fitting-out of the model. It relates to a plastic kit of the British helicopter in 1:72 scale and is meant for builders who want to take the model further than the contents of the box reach.
The Sea King is the British license branch of an American design, which Westland reworked substantially. The airborne early warning version came about as a quick answer to the fleet's missing radar cover and stayed in service for decades. The machine circled above the task force watching the airspace, so its crews worked in an entirely different regime from the crews of the transport or anti-submarine versions.
A more extensive fitting-out changes the balance of the model, so keep checking whether the finished machine still sits steadily. It is worth setting the order of the work in advance and keeping to it, because with a larger number of items it easily happens that a place you still meant to reach has been closed up in the meantime. Level the transitions between the accessory and the plastic, so that they are not visible once the primer goes on.
You will not find the kit, paints or glue in this package.
