Responsibility details are not available.
A plastic set of figures in 1:72 scale from Zvezda depicting Soviet Guards infantry of the years 1943 to 1945. The figures are designed as snap-fit, so no glue is needed for the basic build, which makes assembly easier for less experienced modelers too. The soldiers are armed with the typical weapons of the Red Army of the late war.
The Guards units of the Red Army were formed from 1941 onward as elite formations and played a key role in the liberation of Eastern Europe in the final phase of the war. The soldiers carried Mosin-Nagant rifles, PPSh-41 and PPS-43 submachine guns and Degtyarev light machine guns. The set therefore represents the equipment and armament of a Soviet infantryman of the last years of the war well.
Separate the parts carefully from the sprue and clean up the mold seams. Although snap-fit holds without glue, a drop of liquid cement for plastic is advisable for a permanent joint. Paint the uniforms in shades of khaki and olive and the gear in brown leather and canvas; bring out faces and details with a wash and a dry brush.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
