A set from the SPACE range of the Czech maker Eduard that joins colored 3D interior decals with a small etched steel fret. It is not a model but a three-dimensional accessory that brings the cockpit of the Spitfire Mk.IXc fighter to life in 1:72 scale. The 3D decals carry pre-printed color and fine relief, so the instrument panel and the cockpit side walls gain depth and sharp detail even in a small scale, where hand painting is difficult.
Clean the surface of dust and grease, transfer the 3D decals to the places marked and press them down gently. Bend the steel belts carefully and seat them. Because of the small scale, tweezers, a sharp knife and a magnifier pay off. The set shows best on a model with the canopy slid back or half open.
This is an accessory, not a model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
