Resin, 3D printed replacement tracks in 1:72 scale made as the OMSh type tracks used on Soviet tanks of the T-54 family. This is not a kit but a detail accessory that replaces the tracks from the base set with a more faithful version with crisp relief. The tracks are designed and cast so that, once separated from the casting system, they only need to be placed on the running gear.
The T-54 medium tank was among the most widespread postwar Soviet tanks and, together with the later T-55, formed the backbone of many armies for decades. OMSh type tracks with an open metal pin joint are characteristic of this family of vehicles and markedly shape the look of the running gear.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, separate them from the casting blocks and remove the supports. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue), and sand with respiratory protection. The tracks are meant for models of tanks of the T-54 family; before gluing, check how they seat on the road wheels and the idler.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted as resin castings. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
