The accessory brings external munitions, not the machine that carries them. The name does not tie the set to a particular kit and attaches to it the figure of eight pieces.

Where such a bomb appeared

The higher weight class belonged to machines with sufficient load capacity: fighter bombers with a strengthened mounting, twin-engine types and light bombers. The load was put together according to the distance to the target, so that the same machine flew one time with two heavy bodies and another time with several lighter ones. That variability is one of the reasons why sets of ordnance conceived as universal are bought in larger numbers.

Before the ordnance is hung

The proven sequence of work is simple: clean the surface, level the mating surface, spray and only then glue. Superglue holds firmly but allows no correction, so it is better to mark the position out first with a fine pencil. If the model stands on the ground, a slight soiling of the lower surfaces is also worth considering - the munitions hung low above the runway and dust held on them. The light marking rings around the body are better suggested with a thin strip of decal than with a brush, as a line drawn by hand tends to be coarse in this scale.
