Maple foliage in a varied autumn mix for 1:72 and 1:87 scale. A loose scenery material with a wider range of autumn shades, not a finished tree.
Responsibility details are not available.
Small maple leaves from the Czech manufacturer Model Scene in a version with an extended palette of autumn shades. The extra colors designation means that the mix is more varied than the basic single-color version — it contains several tones side by side, so the foliage or the fallen leaves do not read as flat. It is a loose material, not a finished tree, and the size of the leaf matches 1:72 and 1:87 scale.
The maple is one of the most colorful trees of the European autumn. On a single tree in October green, yellow, orange and red all meet, and the colors advance from the edges of the crown inward. It is precisely this lack of uniformity that a single-color material can never capture, whereas a varied mix brings it into a scene by itself. The same variety applies to fallen leaves on the ground, where freshly fallen leaves mix with older, already browned ones.
If you are building an autumn tree, apply the mix to the armature in layers — keep the lower layer darker and the upper one lighter, and the crown gains depth. On the ground, sprinkle the leaves irregularly: more densely under the crown and in the lee by walls and fences, more thinly in the open. Leave tracks and ruts partly clear, as trodden leaves collect rather along the edges. Fix with thinned PVA glue and a drop of dish soap, and spray the finished area with matte varnish from a distance if you like.
This is a scenery material, not a kit and not a finished tree. The tree armature, the glue and the terrain substrate are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
