British AFV No.19 antenna mount (1942–1945) with rods 1:35 is a resin set from PANZER ART with antenna rods for the British vehicle radio Wireless Set No.19.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a resin detail set completed with antenna rods, not a model. It reproduces the antenna bases and mounts of the British vehicle radio Wireless Set No.19, which were fitted to armored vehicles between 1942 and 1945. The set contains antenna rods and cast bases with protective guards, with which you can sharpen up the appearance of a British tank or carrier.
The Wireless Set No.19 was the standard British vehicle radio of the Second World War, fitted in tanks and other armored vehicles of the Commonwealth. The antenna bases with their protective guards and whip antennas were among the characteristic external features of these vehicles.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts and cut the casting blocks away; bond the thin rods with super glue (cyanoacrylate) carefully, because they are fragile. Match the bases to the color of the vehicle, and leave the whip antennas in a metal shade or dust them gently with pigment.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
