The Jetstream balsa flying model with a 336 mm span is powered by wound rubber and has a wire landing gear for taking off from the spot.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a simple kit of a free-flight model aircraft made of balsa with a wingspan of roughly 336 mm. The model is powered by wound rubber driving a propeller, so once the rubber is wound it takes off either from the hand or, thanks to the wire landing gear, straight off the ground. The color-printed surfaces of the wings and tail give the model a finished look.
A light balsa structure with a plastic propeller and a front bearing is a classic among hand-launched and rubber-powered models. Trimmed correctly, it can stay in the air for long glides and suits simple duration contests as well.
The model is supplied unassembled. Glue and any finishing supplies are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
