A large collector plastic kit of the iconic Lancia Delta HF Integrale 16V rally car in the large 1:12 scale, in the configuration for the 1989 Sanremo Rally. This demanding model offers rich equipment: two extensive decal sheets, a photo-etched fret, chromed and acetate components, an opening front and rear hood and front doors, a finely rendered interior and engine bay, working suspension and rubber tires on competition rims.
The Lancia Delta HF Integrale is one of the most successful cars in the history of the World Rally Championship. The Delta ruled the championship in the second half of the 1980s and with its development versions it took a whole string of titles. The version for the 1989 Sanremo Rally carried a striking competition livery and is one of the best-known shapes of this car.
Paint the body over a primer in thin coats and finish with a gloss coat so that the sponsor decals stand out. Assemble and paint the interior and the engine bay as separate subassemblies. Fit the chromed and acetate parts only at the end. The size of the model calls for patience and for laying the build out in stages.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
