The Hermann Marwede rescue cruiser 1:200 is a plastic kit of the largest German sea rescue vessel from Revell.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit captures the modern German sea rescue cruiser in 1:200 scale. The modern Revell mold offers a split hull, detailed superstructures, a radar mast, a crane and a daughter boat carried on deck. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted and, thanks to the amount of detail, suits more experienced modelers.
The Hermann Marwede is the largest rescue cruiser of the German sea rescue service DGzRS, in service since 2003 in the area of the German Bight. The ship is built for heavy weather and carries a separate smaller rescue boat launched from the stern. In her time in service she has completed hundreds of missions.
The hull can be built as a full hull; paint the deck and the superstructures separately before you glue them together. Fit the fine railings and the mast only after the main surfaces have been painted. Apply the striking orange, white and blue livery with an airbrush and mask the transitions carefully; the identification markings come from the enclosed decal sheet. A display stand suits it for display.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
