A turned metal barrel in 1:35 scale from the Polish brand Aber. It is not a model but an accessory with which you replace the plastic main gun barrel on models of the German Pz.Kpfw. III medium tank in the Ausf. G, H and early J versions. The metal part has a perfectly round cross-section, a crisply drilled muzzle and faithful proportions.
The Pz.Kpfw. III medium tank formed the backbone of the German armored forces in the first half of the war. The Ausf. G, H and early J versions carried the shorter 5 cm gun in its L/42 form, which replaced the earlier 3.7 cm gun and raised the firepower of the vehicle. A faithful metal barrel sharpens the turret silhouette of these early versions.
