An injection-molded plastic kit of the Panther II tank in 1:35 from the brand Amusing Hobby. The package is conceived as two variants in one, because the model offers a choice between two types of gun and mantlet. Workable track links, photo-etched parts and wire for tow cables are included as well. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Panther II was a German project taking the design of the Panther tank of the Second World War period further. The aim was to unify a number of parts with the Tiger II heavy tank and to increase the armor protection. The vehicle stayed largely at the stage of a project and prototype work and never reached series production.
First finish the running gear and the workable tracks and only then close the hull up. Glue the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate and make the tow cables from the enclosed wire. A base of primer, spraying with an airbrush and weathering with washes and pigments for mud and dust effects are advisable.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
