QuickWheel QW-305 are flexible painting masks in 1:35 scale for painting the road wheels of the Pz.Kpfw. III and StuG III. The box specifies them for Border Model kits.

Flexible painting masks for painting road wheels in 1:35 scale, cut for Border Model kits as the box states. This is not a kit nor a set of replacement wheels — the package holds the masks themselves, which separate the rubber tire from the metal wheel disc during spraying.
First spray the wheels in a rubber shade and give the sides of the tires any dusting they need. Then place them into the recesses of the mask and press the edges down with a blunt stick so that the mask seats on the surface; it must not be stretched, as it is flexible. Only then does the camouflage color go onto the discs. The masks last for several uses and can be washed in between.
The Pz.Kpfw. III was a German medium tank and the StuG III an assault gun on the same chassis. Both types carried six rubber-tired road wheels and return rollers on each side, so the boundary between rubber and disc repeats many times on the model and is the hardest part of the whole vehicle to paint by hand.
QuickWheel cuts its masks for a specific kit and offers sets for the Pz.Kpfw. III and StuG III according to the maker of the plastic, so check which kit you are building before you buy. This is an accessory for a model, not a kit. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
