A turned metal barrel in 1:35 scale from the Polish brand Aber. It is not a model but an accessory to plastic models of the Soviet light tank T-70. The set contains the metal barrel of the 45 mm main gun and, to go with it, a faithful barrel of the coaxial 7.62 mm machine gun. The metal parts have a perfectly circular section and sharp drilled muzzles.
The light tank T-70 was among the most widespread Soviet light tanks of the Second World War and it was put into service from 1942. Its main armament was a 45 mm anti-tank gun (the 20K type), complemented by a coaxial 7.62 mm DT machine gun. Faithful metal barrels bring out the slender silhouette of the turret of this small fighting vehicle.
