This is a standalone detailed plastic set of a weapon in 1:35 scale, not a model of a vehicle. It depicts the Soviet Maxim heavy machine gun in its 1941 version on the wheeled Sokolov mount, with a protective shield and accessories.
The Maxim model 1910/30 was the basic Soviet heavy machine gun of the Second World War. The gun had its water-cooled barrel, its shield and its characteristic wheeled Sokolov mount throughout its service; the 1941 version brought simplifications to production.
Glue the parts with thin cement for plastic and take care to clean up the parting lines. The weapon comes into its own once painted in shades of steel and dark green with a light wash and a dry brush; the water jacket and the shield will take a fine patina.
This is not a model of a vehicle but a standalone plastic set of a weapon. Paints and glue are not included in the package.
