The Douglas A-26 Invader was a powerful twin-engine attack and light bombing aircraft that entered service in the second half of the Second World War. The A-26B version carried a strong machine-gun armament in the nose and was intended for low-level attacks and the destruction of ground targets. A fast and durable machine, it served long after the war in a number of further conflicts.
Finish and paint the cockpit and the interior before closing up the fuselage. Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic and sand the joints down. You create the natural metal finish typical of this aircraft with a quality polished primer and metallic paints, which are applied onto a smooth, finely sanded surface; lay the decals onto gloss varnish.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
