This is a photo-etched detail set, not an aircraft model. It replaces the simplified plastic landing flaps of the Soviet Lavochkin La-5 fighter with a fine metal structure that reads three-dimensionally in 1:72 scale. According to the manufacturer the set is intended for all versions of the La-5.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife on a hard surface and form them with a photo-etch bending tool. Bond with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) or with two-part epoxy. Degrease the surfaces before gluing and line them up with the wing. Suitable for modelers who want to present a model with the flaps lowered.
It is not a model or a kit; it is an accessory. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
