As stated on the box, it is intended for the Su-24M, whoever made the kit being built. It is not an aircraft model or a part of one: it is underslung equipment that hangs under the fuselage of a finished machine.
A refueling pod is a way of turning an ordinary combat aircraft into a flying tanker station. The machine hangs it under its fuselage, extends a hose with a drogue at the end and passes fuel to another aircraft without a large dedicated tanker being needed. In the Soviet and later the Russian air force it was the Su-24M frontal bomber that was given this task: it carried the pod under the fuselage and accompanied formations that needed to extend their reach. For the modeler this means that the set widens the use of an already finished Su-24M - it turns a ground-attack machine into an escorting tanker, a guise that kits usually do not offer.
