Responsibility details are not available.
A publication, not a kit and not a paint. It is an A4 format modeling guide published by Mr Black Publications in cooperation with the paint manufacturer Lifecolor. It teaches painting and weathering step by step: every article is built on photographs of the individual stages, and for the subjects the specific Lifecolor paint codes are given, so the procedure can be repeated exactly. There is no model and no paint in the package.
The second volume is more varied in composition than the first: it carries six articles and ranges from a farm wagon all the way to a figure. It addresses sandbags and the imitation of wood, the continuation of the procedure for rust, mold and decay, this time on a car in 1:24, German camouflage on a captured Soviet KV-1 tank applied with an airbrush as well as a brush, a method of painting metal without metallic paints, and finally a fantasy figure in 1:24 in a diorama setting. It came out in May 2022. For builders of hardware and of figures alike it is therefore usable across both fields.
For modelers who want to see the whole painting procedure from the base coat to the weathering, and especially for those who work with Lifecolor paints and want the shade codes right next to the photographs. It suits builders of figures as well as of hardware; a beginner will understand the sequence of layers from it, an advanced modeler will take specific effects from it.
