This is a universal photo-etched accessory, not a kit. Aber (a Polish manufacturer of photo-etched parts) supplies a thin brass sheet with a regular mesh with openings of 1.2 x 0.7 mm. The rectangular openings give the mesh an elongated, directional pattern.
Photo-etched brass mesh replaces coarsely cast plastic grilles with an accurate metal part. The elongated openings suit slotted and louvered grilles, radiator covers and ventilation ducts. The material is thin, holds its shape and is easy to cut to size.
Cut the part out with sharp scissors for photo-etched parts or break it off the sheet, and degrease the surface beforehand. Glue the mesh with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) or with a two-part glue; apply a primer for metal before painting.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and other material are not included in the package.
