This injection-molded plastic figure set in 1:35 scale from ICM captures Soviet staff personnel from the Second World War. The set contains four figures - senior officers, a further officer and a driver. The figures are modeled in standing and conversing poses that suit scenes at a command post or beside staff vehicles.
The figures represent members of a Red Army staff. The uniforms and accessories match the Second World War period. The set is a rewarding addition to dioramas with period Soviet or captured passenger cars, where it completes the scene of a command rear area.
Cut the parts from the sprues, clean up the sprue gates and the mold lines and glue them with liquid cement for plastic; glue the small parts separately. Paint the figures with a brush - the faces and hands with a layering technique, the uniforms with a base color plus a fine wash in the folds. Pick out the decorations and buttons with fine detail and set the bags and straps apart with a different shade. Mount the figures on a temporary stand while you work.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
