About product

DSPIAE silicon sandpaper 800 grit

A flexible DSPIAE sanding sheet of 800 grit. The silicone backing makes it cling to the shape of the part and sand finely and evenly. The 800 grit is very fine and is used for refining a surface at the end of sanding.

Use

  • Very fine smoothing of a surface after 600 grit.
  • Refining a surface before applying paint or a clear coat.
  • Refining a surface after a primer, between coats.
  • Suitable for plastic, resin and metal.

Who it is for

For modelers who want to achieve a smooth surface with no visible scratches before painting. The flexibility of the sheet helps on rounded and detailed parts.

Sandpaper is a consumable material. After use it can be freed of dust and left to dry. Modeling glue, paints and a kit are not included in the package.
