Acrylic Color Brown Skin - a darker flesh shade

Brown Skin is a flesh paint from the Acrylic Color line from Green Stuff World, pitched toward a warm brown tone. It thins with water, dries quickly and mixes with other acrylics, so it is easy to build a flesh range of your own from it, from darker to lighter. The line is built for wargaming and fantasy figures, that is for small areas where a face has to work at half a meter's distance.

Use when painting a larger number of figures

• Faces, hands and bare parts of the body on human and fantasy figures.
• A base for modeling skin: adding a lighter tone gives a highlight, adding brown or red gives a shadow instead.
• How much time to give a figure for gaming: a base, one wash and one highlight on the nose and the cheekbones. A face at this size will not take more.
• For figures in the rear ranks of a unit, leave just a base with a wash, because at ordinary gaming distance nobody will tell the difference and the time saved can go on the commander.
• It thins with water or with an acrylic thinner, never with a lacquer one.

Who the color is for

For a player who is building an army with various skin shades and wants the whole unit finished in a reasonable time, and for a modeler who paints individual figures and needs a reliable brown base. It also serves well on the hide of creatures, leather straps or wooden parts of gear. Because it mixes with other acrylics, it will do even where flesh tones have to be tuned to a particular figure.

The paint is a water-thinnable acrylic. Store out of reach of children, close the bottle well after use and ventilate during longer work.
