ACRYLIC FILTER Light Gray

A water-based acrylic filter for gently toning a finished coat. The light gray Light Gray shade cools and calms colors that are too saturated and suits light-colored aircraft, ship decks and faded surfaces. The filter does not cover the base, it only shifts the overall tone very slightly and gives the area an unobtrusive variation.

Use

  • Apply with a brush dampened in the product without flooding the area; an airbrush works too.
  • While it dries the tone can be evened out or lifted with water; full drying takes about 24 hours.
  • Thinned and cleaned with water or with acrylic thinner.
  • Mixable with the other filters and with acrylic paints of the same brand.
