A liquid weathering product from the basic solvent-based AK interactive range, aimed at the light, yellowish beige dust typical of dry and desert environments. The volume of the package is 35 ml. It differs from darker earthy effects precisely in its tone: it does not set out to dirty the model but to lighten and dust it, which is why it shows above all on darker finishes and lays a fine, powdered veil over sand schemes.
It suits anyone building vehicles from dry regions, and by no means only those: dust settles in temperate climates too, only to a lesser degree. Stir the bottle thoroughly before use. Apply it thinly and take the excess off with a brush moistened in mineral spirits while the layer is still wet; wiping is an elegant way to create the transition between a dusted and a clean surface. For the finest effect, thin the product and lay it as a veil over the whole surface; for heavier dusting, work spot by spot in two layers. Let the base coat cure and varnish it so that corrections can be made without risk.
A solvent-based product. Work in a well-ventilated area, keep it away from open flame and keep out of the reach of children.
