Airbrush Thinner 2.0 Acrylic Concentrate - a VMS concentrate

A concentrated thinner from VMS, intended for a wide range of water-based acrylic paints. It contains agents that improve flow, homogeneity and smoothness, so it sets the ideal viscosity for an airbrush and deals with the usual problems such as running, cracking, pin-holing or a rough, sandpaper-like finish. It is a concentrate - it is diluted with distilled water before use, so a single bottle makes a much larger volume of ready-to-use thinner.

Use

• Mix the concentrate with distilled water in a ratio of two parts concentrate to three parts water.
• One bottle of concentrate will thus give you a considerably larger volume of finished thinner.
• Add it to the acrylic paint as needed until you reach a smooth consistency for the airbrush.
• Suitable for a broad palette of modeling acrylics; with some brands (the water-based ranges, for example) it works best.
