Size 2/0 falls into the category of detail brushes: it is one step larger than the even finer 3/0, which lets it hold more paint so that you do not have to reload as often, and it still keeps a tapering point for precise work. The round shape of the head is the most versatile of all: with the point you draw a thin line, and with light pressure and the side of the hair you fill in a smaller area.
The synthetic fibers are springy, keep their shape well and are easy to clean. They suit acrylic paints as well as oil and enamel paints, where synthetics pay off precisely for the durability of the hair and the easy washing. The brush is supplied in an individual wrapper, so that the point keeps its shape until first use.
