The olive green Olive Drab Primer from the Lifecolor acrylic range prepares the surface under Allied olive camouflage and brings the final tone closer right away.
Responsibility details are not available.
Not every primer has to be a neutral gray. A colored base tuned to the same family as the covering shade saves layers and, above all, keeps the mismatched coloring of the parts from showing through a thin coat of paint. The olive green primer from the acrylic range of the Italian brand Lifecolor is made exactly for Allied vehicles in olive tones.
Because the base is already in the right color family, the covering shade only needs to be laid on thinly and the fine surface will not disappear under it. And where the paint rubs through or is deliberately wiped away, what appears is not an alien gray but a tone that belongs with olive. That is a difference you can see on a finished model.
For modelers who build Allied armored vehicles, trucks and dioramas and want their color start as close to the target as possible. It will also serve figure painters well, who find a green base useful under the equipment.
Mix the contents of the bottle well before work and apply it thinly, so that the detail of the surface does not get flooded.
Keep out of the reach of children. Ventilate while working and close the bottle carefully after use.
