The BPHD-20 MS Radome 01 accessory set of plastic parts from the Japanese company Bandai. The parts are pre-colored in the plastic and snap together, so they manage without glue and without painting.

This is not a model in its own right but a set of parts you add to a robot kit. The designation radome in the name refers to the dome-shaped and lens-shaped covers that appear on science fiction robots on the chest, the shoulders or the back modules. Bandai makes them with the same technology as its kits: the parts are injection-molded from plastic that already has its color right through, and they hold together by snapping accurately into place.
What can be done with it
Covers and domes are used where a model has an empty surface and lacks a readable technical feature. You can turn them into sensors, detectors or instrument covers, and because they are separate parts you do not necessarily have to use them all on one model. Compare the exact number, size and shade of the parts with the illustration on the packaging before you buy.
Nip the parts off with nippers a little away from the edge and level the sprue nub with a file or a sanding sponge; with pre-colored plastic it pays to sand gently, so as not to wear through the color. It can be built straight out of the box, but anyone wanting a higher standard can respray the parts, pick out the panel lines and fix the result with varnish. A matte or semi-gloss varnish unifies the surface so that the added parts do not come across as foreign elements.
The package contains the accessory parts only. The model you attach them to is not part of it.
